Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping Charges

Value-Based Shipping

Shipping charges are applied based on the final order value after discounts and promotional offers.

  • Orders below ₹1000: Flat shipping charge of ₹150

  • Orders ₹1000 and above: Free Shipping

Coupon & Offer Adjustments

Shipping charges are calculated after applying any coupons, discounts, or promotional offers.

Returns & Refunds

In case of returns, the original shipping charges paid (if any) are non-refundable.

Partial or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a partial shipment or an incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly and arrange the correct delivery at no additional cost.

Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to us.

  • A refund will be processed after the returned order is received and verified.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
