Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Welvara, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.


HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

We offer free exchanges for eligible orders.

To request an exchange:

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchange Center: [Insert Returns Link]

  2. Enter your Order Number and Registered Email Address

  3. Select the product(s) you wish to exchange

  4. Submit your request following the instructions provided

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive confirmation along with return pickup or shipping instructions.


ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

Exchange requests will be accepted only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags, packaging, and boxes are intact

  • The product is returned in saleable condition

Welvara reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.


RETURN POLICY (EXCEPTIONAL CASES)

We accept returns only in exceptional situations such as:

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect item delivered

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours to 7 days of delivery along with clear photos or videos for verification.

Once approved, the item may be returned or exchanged accordingly.


NON-EXCHANGEABLE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Socks, handkerchiefs, and gift items

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalized products


REFUND POLICY

Welvara generally does not offer refunds and primarily supports exchanges or store credit.

However, in approved exceptional cases, refunds may be processed through:

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Store credit or gift voucher

  • Gift voucher for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

A return handling fee of ₹99 may be deducted from the final refundable amount, where applicable.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


RETURN PICKUP & SHIPPING

Once your exchange or approved return request is accepted:

  • Return pickup will usually be arranged within 2–3 business days

  • Pickup availability depends on serviceable pin codes

If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service with tracking.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Shoes returned with visible usage marks, foot impressions, dust, or damage may not qualify for exchange or return.

  • Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • Exchange approval is subject to quality inspection after the item is received.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Product images

  • Description of the issue
